CO-LUMINATE's approved foundation defines how evidence should be produced, reviewed, interpreted, and translated. It does not establish scientific results, effects on decisions, service changes, or population outcomes.
No scientific result has been released publicly.
The current record therefore defines the public evidence boundary rather than presenting a result or validation inventory.

Approved results chain

Each link depends on assumptions and external conditions. Its candidate evidence and contribution limits must be assessed in the relevant context.

Relevant roles should be able to distinguish what is known, assumed, restricted, implemented, reviewed, and released.
Intermediate intention
Evidence considered with clearer responsibility
Research, implementation, and policy decisions may use evidence with clearer scope, provenance, assumptions, uncertainty, and responsibility.
Longer-term intention
More responsive public-health action
Any contribution to services, policy, population outcomes, or equity requires separate context-specific evaluation.
Participation does not prove influence. Documentation does not prove validity. Technical checks do not establish scientific validation. Evidence consideration does not establish causation, and observed change does not establish attribution.

A future entry requires an exact version, scope, source, method, limitations, access class, review decision, and public-release approval.
Contribution limits
Availability, delivery, validation, and impact are different facts.
- A live site demonstrates availability, not learning or benefit.
- A visible roadmap demonstrates intent, not operational progress.
- A completed task does not establish scientific validity or release.
- A released artifact would demonstrate availability, not adoption or effectiveness.
- Validation in the depression reference implementation remains scoped to that implementation.
- A later adaptation cannot inherit scoring, imputation, or causal assumptions automatically.
- A decision that cites evidence demonstrates consideration, not causation or improvement.
- A service or population change requires a separately approved, context-specific contribution or attribution evaluation.
