CO-LUMINATE is an outcome- and population-adaptable platform for governed, multi-actor teams. Its intended direct result is credible, context-grounded, and auditable causal evidence for an explicitly defined use.
Better-informed decisions are an intended intermediate result. Decision improvement, service change, and population impact are not reported as achieved.

Define the concern, relevant lived experience, decision context, interpretation risks, and bounded use.
Data readiness
Assess provenance, population scope, linkage, observation, missingness, measurement, privacy, and uncertainty.
Causal and measurement specification
Develop the causal story, pathway inventory, diagram, endpoint, time ordering, and measurement plan.
Analysis specification and execution
Define the estimand, data requirements, methods, diagnostics, sensitivity work, and reproducible run.
Interpretation and challenge
Review evidence against assumptions, uncertainty, measurement limits, relevant lived-experience knowledge, and alternatives.
Translation and governed release
Prepare bounded outputs and apply scientific, privacy, licensing, and release review.
Feedback, learning, and adaptation
Record what was learned and return to any earlier step that needs revision.
Layers 1 to 5 are capability groups, not phases or progress markers. Feedback can return the work to any earlier decision.

It is being used to develop and test the architecture. It does not define the platform's population, outcome, or future-use boundary.
Depression-specific scoring, imputation, estimands, data, and findings are not platform defaults. This role does not establish scientific validity or portability.
